It seems every time we sort the mail, one of our satisfied travelers drops us a note, whether offering a nice comment about the wonderful time they had or how they enjoyed our travel staff. We're proud to get these positive comments and each one we receive we share it with our entire Bianco staff! Below, we've provided some excerpts of some of the nice letters we've received. I just wanted to let you ladies know that we had a fabulous trip! Everyone had a very exciting time, and we owe you guys much appreciation for helping to plan the trip so well and for picking out quality accommodations for us. You made wise decisions on our behalf and paid close attention to all of the little details throughout our trip – wheelchair seating, well-written itinerary, a luxurious motorcoach, etc. Paying such wonderful attention to detail allowed us to spend our time having fun as opposed to being frustrated. You guys did a magnificent job! I highly recommend Bianco Tours to anyone having special needs! Many tour/travel planning companies claim to pay attention to detail, but you actually delivered! You met all of my requests and gave us "more" than I expected. I say a great big "THANK YOU!"

We recently contracted with you to have your coach take a busload of senior citizens to Mackinaw City for the Labor Day Bridge Walk. This was my first solo trip as an escort and I can't thank you enough for sending our driver. He was a great companion and offered to help in any way. He was friendly and funny (lots of jokes!) and was well liked by all. Many passengers commented on our trip evaluation that he was the best bus driver they ever had. Many thanks to our driver for making our trip so enjoyable. I will definitely request that Bob be our driver on any future trips I make with Bianco.

Once again, I thank you so much for your cooperation and the fine service you and your company provided us. We had another successful convention with almost 6,000 in attendance. I am sure we will be back in Toledo next year and the dates will be known at the end of the year. Your driver for us was very good and his respecting who we are and what we are doing is most appreciated. We had a nice time traveling. During the ride, I have some announcements to make, some jokes to tell and instructions to pass on to the group. He had on some pleasant music and chimed in a couple of times with a clean joke and was ever helpful to the group and me. He introduced me to two of your other drivers and they seemed to be of the same caliber.
